01
- Objective
- Make the full economic history of an investment campaign inspectable, then let investors compare assumption-led routes without rewriting the recorded past or surrendering judgement to the software.
02
- Problem
- A current position can hide repeated entries, partial exits, fresh injections, recovered principal, distributions, costs, settlement delays and the opportunity cost of leaving capital committed. A persuasive gain or loss figure is not the same as a capital account.
03
- Artefact
- The Equitease campaign model, product-vision workspace and interactive fictional scenario laboratory: a bounded way to vary routes, rules and assumptions while preserving the recorded campaign as the common baseline.
04
- Result
- A powerful investment simulation and financial intelligence system coming soon, designed around campaign history, principal recovery, settlement, opportunity cost, configurable rules and capital rotation rather than a single position snapshot.
01
The question became larger
Securitease began with the security in view. The deeper product problem was the campaign around it: where capital came from, what had genuinely returned, what remained represented in the market and which other uses of capital were being postponed. That wider question became Equitease.
02
History and possibility stay separate
A credible scenario cannot quietly alter the facts it starts from. Equitease is designed to retain campaign events and sourced observations as the recorded baseline, then place user-controlled rules, ranges and route assumptions in dedicated simulations that can be challenged and compared.
03
The consequence
An investor can examine whether a route recovers principal, releases settled cash, leaves exposure in place or prevents another objective from being funded. The system strengthens the decision context while leaving the decision, transaction and responsibility with the investor.
