Current CRM feature scope

Blackvault CRM is the flagship product from Blackvault Systems. It brings relationships, records, delivery work, documents, money and admin controls into one local-first Windows workspace, with provider pathways introduced during guided setup where ready and properly scoped.

Feature groups

The feature set is organised around the work buyers need to evaluate: relationship records, delivery work, operational records, governance, provider pathways and local control.

Relationship management

Contacts, organisations, notes, meetings, documents, file links, activity history and connected context for every relationship.

Work and pipeline visibility

Projects, opportunities, tasks, follow-ups, owners, stages and priority views for the work that sits behind income and delivery.

Operational records

Money records, metrics, imports, exports, backups, archive and restore workflows so important operational data stays usable and recoverable.

Team governance

Users, admins, role-based permissions, activity logs and audit-style history for teams that need clarity around access and change.

Provider pathways

Local calendar export (ICS) is available where implemented. External calendar, email and provider pathways are beta or in validation, setup-gated, and not presented as full sync or send automation unless separately confirmed.

Local-first desktop ownership

A Windows-first workspace designed around data custody, exportability and practical daily use rather than unnecessary subscription sprawl.
