Client Access Terms

These terms explain the public website and the route into direct Blackvault Systems engagements. They do not replace the written agreement for a client configuration, product supply or bespoke service.

Website information

The website describes Blackvault Systems, its products, technology and services at a high level. It is not a quotation, offer to supply, investment recommendation or a substitute for a written agreement.

Product availability

Blackvault CRM is a finished product configured to client requirements. Equitease is a powerful investment system coming soon. Codeweb is operational inside Blackvault and not available for general public access while professional editions are prepared. Only products and services expressly included in a written agreement are supplied.

CRM configuration

Users, workflows, data migration, permissions, supported integrations, deployment, documentation and support are agreed for each Blackvault CRM engagement. Configuration changes are assessed against the agreed scope.

Written agreement

A proposal, order form, statement of work, licence or other written agreement sets the applicable scope, deliverables, acceptance, price, taxes, invoicing, payment, licence duration, support, data responsibilities and any refund or cancellation terms. That written agreement takes priority where it differs from this page.

Client responsibilities

Each client remains responsible for the authority to provide data, nominate authorised users and communicate the operational requirements relevant to its configuration. Responsibilities for security, backups, migration, provider connections and support are confirmed for the engagement.

Demonstrations and materials

Product demonstrations use fictional records. Client-specific installers, credentials and documentation are supplied only to the agreed users and should be handled through the engagement’s agreed access and support route.

Changes and support

Onboarding and support follow the contact routes agreed with the client. Requests that change workflows, providers, migration scope, deployment or access are assessed as configuration or commercial changes before work begins.

Contact and legal review

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@blackvault.systems. These terms require formal legal review before Blackvault Systems introduces self-service purchase, online client accounts, consumer supply, a new territory or materially different product access.
